Also known as the “Kerrisdale of Kelowna”, Kelowna South boasts many beautiful heritage homes and some of the most expensive lakefront properties in town. This area is well known for the South Pandosy Shopping District, with its boutiques, and numerous cafes with outdoor sitting spaces. You’ll find some of Kelowna’s prettiest beaches here such as family-friendly Gyro Beach, and Rotary Beach—a favourite with Windsurfers.
