Also known as the “Kerrisdale of Kelowna”, Kelowna South boasts many beautiful heritage homes and some of the most expensive lakefront properties in town. This area is well known for the South Pandosy Shopping District, with its boutiques, and numerous cafes with outdoor sitting spaces. You’ll find some of Kelowna’s prettiest beaches here such as family-friendly Gyro Beach, and Rotary Beach—a favourite with Windsurfers.

The area also has the added benefit of being near to Kelowna General Hospital, the cancer clinic, City Park, and superb bike and jogging paths along Abbott street. This area attracts many doctors and young professionals, as well as retirees.
